Growing up near the Rocky Mountains oriented Harmon towards a passion for naturalism and Western history. Blythe was born in Wyoming, educated in the Salt Lake Valley, and earned their BFA in Printmaking at Utah State University in Logan, Utah.

Harmon is interested in all types of hands on media, but their passion lies in Printmaking. Through the utilization of multiplication of prints, their work and ideas are easily shared throughout the community and beyond.

 

Harmon's most recent work explores the intricate connection between region and identity, land and culture and urges the viewer to contemplate their own contribution to the community, and their effect on the environment.
